What Happens When You Call

You talk with someone who knows flooring, not a call center. We ask which rooms you have in mind, what is on the floor now and how the space gets used day to day, whether that means a dog, small children or a kitchen with heavy traffic. That shapes which materials make sense for your home.

Next we set a time to visit, measure and look at what is underneath. Before any work starts, you get the scope in writing along with what moves the price: square footage, removal of the old floor, subfloor condition, transitions and any stairs. If something changes once the old floor comes up, we talk it through with you before going further, so the final bill matches what you agreed to.

Helpful to Have Ready Before You Call

1. The rooms you want done, and a rough sense of their size if you know it.
2. What covers the floors now, such as carpet, ceramic tile or glued-down vinyl, since removal affects the scope.
3. The material you are leaning toward, whether hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile or carpet, even if you are still deciding.
4. Any stairs, uneven spots or soft areas you have noticed underfoot.
