Terms and Conditions

Using This Website

This website belongs to Flooring Tomball, a flooring company working in Tomball, TX and the surrounding area. It exists to explain the flooring work we do and how we approach a project. By reading it, you agree to the terms on this page. If you would rather not agree, please stop using the site.

Information, Not a Quote

The pages describing hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl plank, tile flooring, carpet installation and our other services are general guidance. They are not an offer, a price or a promise of a particular result in your home.

The cost of a floor depends on details we can only learn by talking with you and seeing the space: room size and layout, the condition of the subfloor, the material you choose, transitions and stairs, and what needs to come up first. We set out the scope and those pricing factors in writing before any work begins, and that written quote is what governs a job, not anything on this site.

Reaching Us by Phone

The phone is the only way to contact us through this website. In a conversation at (346) 708-5752, you decide what to share, such as your name, the rooms you are considering and the best time to talk. A call does not create a contract or commit either of us to a project. An agreement exists only once a written quote has been reviewed and accepted.

Content and Ownership

The text, layout and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print or share a page for your own planning. Please do not copy the content for commercial use or present it as your own.

Accuracy and Changes

We try to keep descriptions of materials, care and process accurate, but products change and every home is different. We may revise, add or remove content at any time without notice, and we cannot guarantee the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limits of Responsibility

You use this website at your own discretion. To the extent Texas law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content instead of a conversation with us about your own floors. Decisions about your home are best made with a written scope in hand.

Governing Law and Updates

These terms are read under the laws of the State of Texas. We may update this page from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies. If anything here is unclear, we are happy to talk it through with you on the phone at (346) 708-5752.
